Free Men's Yoga Drop-in!

Every Wednesday at 6-7pm, we have a males only class. We focus more on stretching and strengthening and less on the spirituality aspect of yoga. We explain the postures in a very direct way and spend enough time that the students get to understand and feel what muscle are being stretched and activated. *If the student enjoys this class and wants to continue they can attend the remaining classes scheduled for $12/class, by purchasing that day. *1 coupon/person
